LC shows offense in road win
Louisburg College’s offense provided a near-perfect balance during a victory Sunday on the road against the Averett College junior varsity football squad.
LC picked up 404 total yards -- 220 rushing and 184 passing -- en route to a convincing 48-14 decision over Averett in Danville, Va.

The Defense Rests
BUNN - On a night when star lineman Kerry Neal was honored for his Shrine Bowl selection, it was only fitting that Bunn’s defense ruled the day during a Northern Carolina Conference home victory over Franklinton.
Neal, who has verbally committed to Notre Dame, even got into the act, stealing a pitch in the second quarter and rumbling for a touchdown.

Warriors roll past rival SEH
LOUISBURG - A second-quarter barrage led to a happy homecoming last Friday for the Louisburg Warriors.
Leading by eight points after the initial frame, the Warriors erupted for four touchdowns the rest of the way before halftime.
