HAROLD H. WILLIAMS JR.
YOUNGSVILLE — Harold Hrutkay Williamson Jr., 27, died Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at the Jaycee Burn Center, Chapel Hill. Funeral services were held Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Union Grove Baptist Church, Youngsville, with the Rev. Samuel Tunstall officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

YOUNGSVILLE —Madge Yarborough Johnson, 99, died Sunday, July 21, 2013, at Hillside Nursing Center. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday July 24, at Harris Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Bill Haley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

WILSON D. WEBB
FRANKLINTON— Wilson Dewitt Webb, 91, died Saturday, July 20, 2013 at his home. He was born to the late Redic Lacy Webb and Victoria Wilson Webb in Eagle Springs, North Carolina. Wilson was a US Army veteran of WW II where he served as a motorcycle courier for General George Patton. He was involved in several major campaigns that included: D-Day landing at Omaha Beach, successful capture of the Rhine River, liberation of concentration camps, the Battle of the Bulge, occupation and rebuilding of post war Berlin.
