LOUISBURG - Funeral services for James Larry Bumpers, 61, who died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, were held Monday, Dec. 23, at Mitchiner’s Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Melvin Jackson officiating. Burial followed in the family cemetery.
