OBITUARIES

DUSTIN “CONAN” BOONE

HOLLISTER - Funeral services for Dustin “Conan” Boone, 22, who died Sunday, Aug. 3, 2014, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, at Pine Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Robert Hedgepeth officiating. Burial will follow in the Richardson family cemetery.

LUCILLE STALLINGS COLSTON

NASHVILLE - Lucille Stallings Colston, 93, went home to be with her Lord on July 31, 2014. Lucille was born May 11, 1921 in Franklin County to the late William and Annie Borkey Stallings. Lucille was a devoted Christian, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grammy. She was a faithful member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church; she sang in the choir and was involved with the Sunshine Sisters. Along with her parents, Lucille is preceded in death by her husband, James Randolph Colston, and brothers, Durwood, Thurman, Theodore, and Phillip Stallings.
