MAE P. KNOTT
YOUNGSVILLE - Mae Wheeler Paschall Knott, 89, died Monday, March 29, 2010 at her residence. Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 31, at Flat Rock Baptist Church, with the Rev. Gary McNair and the Rev. Mark Stephens officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County, daughter of the late Annie Wilson Wheeler and Benjamin Wester Wheeler.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, William Louis Paschall and P. W. Knott; sons, Bennie and Larry Paschall; siblings, William Wheeler, Mary Stephens, Bennie Wheeler, Alvin Wheeler, Bruce Wheeler, Catherine Lewis and Doyette Wheeler; and a grandson.

Surviving: children, LaRue Paschall Perry of Liberty, Cynthia Paschall McConnell of Wake Forest, Linda Paschall of Youngsville, Bobby Paschall of Maryland and Barnie Paschall of Florida; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
