IDALENE INSCOE MARSHALL
GREENSBORO - Mrs. Idalene Inscoe Marshall, age 98, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at The Shannon Gray Rehabilitation and Recovery Center in Jamestown, following a brief illness.

A funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Community Baptist Church, Greensboro, NC.  A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Cedar Rock First Baptist Church in Castalia, NC, for friends and family in that community.

Mrs. Marshall was a member of Community Baptist Church on Burnetts Chapel Rd. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Marshall, Sr., three brothers, and four sisters.

She is survived by her son, Bob Marshall and wife Rose of Greensboro; brother, Willard Inscoe of Nashville, NC.  Also surviving are her grandsons, Woody Marshall and wife Barbara of Macon, GA and J.R. Marshall and fiancĂ© Donna Tello of Greensboro.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made and mailed to the Freeland/Brazil Mission Construction Fund, c/o Brushy Creek Baptist Church, 4999 Old Spartanburg Road, Taylors, SC 29687.

The family will receive friends 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday at George Brothers Funeral Service, Greensboro.
