ZEBULON - Louise Scarboro Tippett, 82, died Sunday, June 5, 2011 at her home. Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 7, at Wakefield Central Baptist Church, Zebulon. Burial was in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.
She was born in Wake County to the late Polk Scarboro and Lilly Buffalo Scarboro. She was a graduate of Rolesville High School.
Surviving: husband, Rex Bragg Tippett; daughters, Jane Tippett of Southport, Linda T. Pace (Tim) of Wendell; sisters, Polly S. Robertson of Knightdale, Margaret S. Stewart of Buies Creek, Blanche S. Morris of Wake Forrest; and three grandchildren; numerous special nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Carl Lee Scarboro and Eugene Scarboro.
