WILLIAM W. “BILL” MOORE
LOUISBURG - William Walker “Bill” Moore, of Louisburg, died Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. Visitation will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary, La., on Wednesday, July 27, from 6 to 9 p.m. and then on Thursday, July 28, from 9 a.m. until services at 10 a.m., conducted by Pastor Charlie Watts and Pastor Don McGinnis. Burial will be at Azalea Rest Cemetery.

He was retired, after working for over 50 years as an electrician with IBEW Local #995.

Surviving: wife, Sylvia Whisenant Moore; two daughters Karen Moore Redmond (Stanley) of Slaughter, La., and Kathy Moore Harrison (Bill) of Louisburg; one sister, Elinor Moore Early of Huntsville, Ala.; one brother, James Moore of Florida; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walker and Kathleen Moore, and his son, Keith Moore.
