ERIC E. BLACK
WAKE FOREST - Eric Eugene Black, 31, died Friday, Aug. 5, 2011. Funeral services were held Sunday, Aug. 7, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home with Chaplain Matt Baldwin officiating.

He worked in construction as an electrician’s helper.

Surviving: children, Kayleigh Black, Breanna Barham and Xander Black; mother, Donna Hewitt Watkins (Carl) of Zebulon; father, Earl Eugene Black of Pennsylvania; sister, Stacy Perry of Knightdale; brothers, Dustin O’Neal of Zebulon and Jimmy O’Neal of Louisburg; grandparents, Tom Hewitt Sr. (Linda) of Smethport, Pa.; grandmother, Joyce Black of Smethport, Pa.;  three nieces and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharon Reynolds Mills, as well as his grandfather, Frederick Black.
