WILLIAM C. SHUTT
BOYERTOWN, PA - William C. Shutt, 79, of Boyertown, PA passed away peacefully Monday, April 23, 2012 in his residence.

Born in Mt. Carmel, PA, he was the son of the late Jesse and Anna (Burns) Shutt.

A self-employed woodworker, he was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War, and a member of the TN Walking Horse Breeder and Exhibitor Association.

He lived in Franklin County, NC for most of his life, where he was known as “Mr. Bill.”

He is survived by a son, Jesse Robert Shutt and his wife Barb of Boyertown; two daughters, Suzanne Henkel and her partner Steven T. Boyer of Boyertown and Margaret Trostle and her husband David of Boyertown; a brother, James Burns Deacon of Collegeville, PA; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest, 1200 Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown, PA  18103.

Blankenbiller Funeral Home, 423 Main St., Oley, PA 19547 is in charge of arrangements.
