SHELLEY LEE KELLY
JACKSONVILLE, AR— Shelley Lee Kelly, 68, of Jacksonville, AR died Jan. 24, 2014.  He was a veteran of the United States Air Force who had two tours of duty in Vietnam. He served as a Senior Master Sergeant for 23 years until retirement. Following this, he returned to the LRAFB as civilian instructor with the Lockheed Martin Corporation. He trained enlisted airmen to become loadmasters for C-130 airplanes, retiring a second time after 20 years with Lockheed.

In his early life, he lived in Louisburg, North Carolina. He attended Riverside High School and upon graduation in 1963, he enlisted in the United States Air Force. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, James N. & Mary Kelly, and one brother, James Napoleon Kelly Jr. of Louisburg.
Surviving: wife, Johnnetta Phillips Kelly; two sons, Chris Kelly (Lisa) and  Michael Kelly; one daughter, April Ellis (James), brothers, Freddie Kelly (Pearline), Eddie Kelly (Carolyn), Clarence Kelly (Mary), Claude Earl Kelly, Melvin Kelly;  sisters, Justeen Kelly, Evelyn Kelly, Daphine Kelly; two grandchildren; 13 nieces and nephews; 10 great-nieces and nephews.
