LOUISBURG - Kathleen C. Perry, 90, went to be with the Lord at her home on Thursday, May 10, 2007. She was born and lived in Franklin County all her life. She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Perry. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 12, 2007, at 2 p.m., at Maple Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving: sisters, Winnie Spencer and Polly Cheaves, both of Louisburg, and Mattie Carter of Durham; daughter, Joyce Rose Williams of Newport News, VA; sons, John E. Perry and wife, Jeanneane of Virginia Beach, VA, Earl Perry and wife, Merle of Louisburg, and David S. Perry and wife, Dot of Cary; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family received friends Friday, May 11, 2007 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Maple Springs Baptist Church, 1938 NC Hwy 56 E., Louisburg.
Flowers will be gratefully accepted or contributions may be made to Maple Springs Baptist Church, 1938 NC Hwy 56 E., Louisburg, NC 27549.
Arrangements are being handled by Lancaster Funerals and Cremations, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg.
