ANITA SUE GARRETT
ZEBULON - Anita Sue Garrett, 63, died Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008 at Wake Medical Center. A memorial service was conducted Sunday at Bryan-Lee Funeral chapel, Garner.

A native of Newport News, Va., she was the daughter of the late Alvinza Benedict Jeffers and Sara Jane Kibler Jeffers.

Surviving: husband, William Ira Garrett Jr.; daughters, Kimberley Mowery (Ray) of Newport News, Va., Jennifer Tucker (Terry) of Garner; son, William Ira Garrett III “Billy” (Cindy) of Mathews County, Va.; brothers, Michael Franklin Jeffers of Newport News, Va., Jeffrey Scott Jeffers (Cheryl) of Smithfield, Va., Tommy Jeffers (Marilyn) of Richmond, Va., Jack Kevin Jeffers (Billie Jean) of Newport News, Va.; and seven grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson.
