ANNIE AYSCUE HALE
ALERT - Annie Elizabeth Ayscue Hale, 78, of Alert died Sunday, December 7, 2008, in Wake Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her son, Myron Hale, and granddaughter, Valerie Hale. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. from Mountain Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Warren Grant and the Rev. Bill Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in Lancaster Memorial Park.

She is survived by her husband, Lee B. Hale; daughter, Becky H. Gilliam and husband, Terry of Louisburg; son, Bert Hale and wife, Susan of Alert; grandchildren, Jaime H. Frazier and husband, Stanley, Jesse Hale, Trey Hale and wife, Ashleigh, all of Alert, Cameron Gilliam and wife, Carrie, Jeremy Gilliam and wife, Rebecca, all of Louisburg; great-grandchildren, Christian and Ariel Frazier of Alert and Tate Gilliam of Louisburg.

The family received friends Tuesday night from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Boulevard, Louisburg.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Gold Sand Fire Department, 2295 Person Road, Louisburg, NC 27549.
