CARY - Barbara Ann Bunn Earp, 71, died Thursday, March 5, 2009. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today (Saturday, March 7) at Apex Funeral Home, 550 West Williams St. (Hwy. 55), Apex. Funeral service will begin at 7 p.m. following visitation. A graveside service will be at noon Monday, March 9, at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Clayton.

She was born in Zebulon to Sidney Glenn Bunn and Thelma Long Bunn.

Surviving: husband, Thurman Waddell Earp; children, Sandra Trunick (Kevin) of Clayton and Tammie Earp Marcom (Rick) of Raleigh; sisters, Frances Tant of Knightdale, Hildreth Perry, Betty Privette, Becky Blackley, all of Zebulon; brother, Kenneth Bunn of Zebulon; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Gayle Earp Brown; brothers, Stanley Bunn, Wallace Bunn, Shelton “Shot” Bunn and Larry Bunn.
