James Lawrence Kolb, 54, of Kittrell died Tuesday, July 11, 2006 in Virginia.

A visitation was Friday night at Lancaster Funerals and Cremations in Louisburg.

Survivors: his wife, Janet O. Kolb; daughter, Roxanne Marie K. Sankes and husband, Jason of Greensboro; sister, Carol O. Greene of Cary; brother, Charles Kolb of Shickshinny, Pa.; mother, Leah M. Kolb of Garner; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Franklin County Animal Shelter, 1640 Timberlake Road, Louisburg, NC 27549, Attn: Director Graham Stallings.
