ZEBULON - Libby Vick West, 61, died at her home on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. today (Saturday, March 21) at Bethel United Methodist Church in Andrews, S. C. The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. in the church fellowship hall prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Bethel Church cemetery.

There will also be a memorial service for her friends and family at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 22, at Heritage Baptist Church in Zebulon.

A native of Andrews, S.C., she was the daughter of Alice and the late Randolph Tanner. She was a member of Heritage Baptist Church in Zebulon.

Surviving: husband, Curtis; children, David Vick (fiancé Angel Batchelor) and Vickie Ledford (Andy); brothers, Randy (Pat) of Orlando, Fla., Michael (Patsy) of Clayton, and Jimmy (Joann) of Pilot; sister, Ettre Vee Howard of Charlotte; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Randolph Tanner; her first husband, Jesse David Vick; and a brother, Jay Tanner.
