ZEBULON - Catherine H. Batchelor, 81, died Wednesday, June 3, 2009. Funeral services were Sunday, June 7, at Gethsemane Baptist Church, Bunn. Burial followed in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Zebulon.

Surviving: children, Ailene Miles of Bunn, Annie Miles, Ronnie Lee Batchelor, Angelia Batchelor, Doris Jean Batchelor, Mildred Woodard of Zebulon, Joyce Brewer, Eddie Batchelor and Timothy Batchelor of Middlesex, Judy Vines and Frank Batchelor of Louisburg, Elaine Carter and Cathy Hall of Wilson, Detres Smith and Danny L. Batchelor of Raleigh, and Spencer Batchelor of Wendell; sisters, Alice Dunston of Knightdale, Patricia Tillman of Pennsylvania; brothers, Wallace Horton of Bunn, Joe Horton of Zebulon; 170 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
