SPRING HOPE - Arthur Dewitt Yarbrough, 80, died Wednesday morning, July 26, 2006. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with the Rev. H.W. Harrell officiating. Burial at Bunn Memorial Gardens.

He was a son of the late Joe and Lilly McDonald Yarbrough. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Annette Yarbrough and Shelia Coates; and a son, Dwain Yarbrough.

Surviving: his wife, Melba S. Yarbrough; son, Harvey J. (Judy) Yarbrough of Reidsville; daughters, Louise (Johnnie) Wilder of Spring Hope, Hazel (Guy) Bullock of Franklinton, Margaret (Bill) Wiggins of Youngsville, Janette (Steve) Wiggins of Youngsville; 22 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and four great great-grandchildren.
