ZEBULON - George W. Crowder, 75, died Saturday, June 27, 2009. Funeral service was conducted Tuesday, June 30, at Zebulon Baptist Church. Burial was in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Myrtie Denton and Mark Goldon Crowder; sisters, Aileen Fowler and Mary Leigh Brantley.

Surviving: wife, Geraldine Phillips Crowder of the home; son, Gary (Anna) Crowder of Zebulon; and two grandchildren.

Flowers are to be omitted and contributions made to Zebulon Baptist Church, P. O. Box 366, Zebulon, NC 27597.
