WAKE FOREST - Mittie Aurelia Moore, 79, of Durham, died Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Funeral service was conducted Friday, July 3, at Wakeminster Baptist Church, with the Rev. Merle Martin officiating. Burial followed in the Oak Level Christian Church cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Aurelia Hudson Hagwood and Luther Hagwood, and was an active member of Wakeminster Baptist Church.

Surviving: husband, Bobby E. Moore; daughter, Patricia McDonald (Greg) of Youngsville; son, Robbie Moore of Smithfield; brother, Henry Hagwood (Dean) of Raleigh; sister, Margaret Houlder of Kansas; and five grandchildren.
