BAILEY - Frank Leslie Blackley Jr., 61, died Thursday, July 16, 2009 at his home. Funeral service was conducted Sunday, July 19, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Bailey Cemetery.

Surviving: sister, Lois Blackley Hurt (Douglas) of Youngsville; brother, Ed Blackley (Cheryl) of Zebulon; stepchildren, Barbara Flowers and Ricky Perry, both of Bailey, and Robert Perry of Wilson; and eight step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his long-time companion, Peggy J. Perry; brother, William Blackley; and sister, Lucy Ann Ellis.
