ZEBULON - Donna Anderson Funk, 41, died Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009 at Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh. Funeral Mass will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Wake Forest, with Father Philip Tighe officiating.

She was born in Elmira, N.Y., to James and Carol Anderson. She was employed as a school psychologist for Wake County Public Schools.

Surviving: husband, David A. Funk, and son, Ryan of Zebulon; parents, James Anderson with Alma McCoy of Pine City, N.Y., and Carol Anderson of Hector, N.Y.; paternal grandmother, Katherine Anderson of Elmira, N.Y.; brothers, Bill, Chris and David Anderson.

Friends may call at Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6.
