ANTHONY LONG


YOUNGSVILLE—Anthony Kevin “Tony” Long, 52, died Thursday morning, Sept. 24, 2009. A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home. Casual dress is requested. The family will receive friends following the service at the Long home.

He was born in Baltimore, Md., son of the late Carolyn Merritt Long & Noah Long, and was a veteran of the United States Marines. He was a supervisor with Majestic Marble & Glass and a participant in the No Rules Riders motorcycle rider group.

Surviving: wife, Nancy Vincent Long; daughter, Miranda Nichol Long and boyfriend Chuck of Youngsville; son, A.J. of Youngsville; sister, Teresa (James) Jackson of Harrells; brother, J.D. Long of Raleigh.
