ZEBULON - Charles William Pearce, 52, died Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009 at the Alpha & Omega Home in Chinquapin. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today (Saturday, Oct. 3) at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service & Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale. Burial will follow in the Rolesville Baptist Church cemetery.

He was born in Wake County to Harlow Akie Pearce and the late Bertha Hodge Pearce.

Surviving: sons, David Pearce and Timmy Pearce; mother of children, Anita Crews; father, Harlow Akie Pearce of Zebulon; sister, Nellie P. (Michael) Smith of Wendell; and one granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Hodge Pearce, and his brother, David Pearce.
