YOUNGSVILLE - Margaret Perry Robbins, 90, died Saturday morning, Oct. 3, 2009 at Hillside Nursing Center. Funeral services were Monday, Oct. 5, at Harris Chapel Baptist Church, with burial following in the church cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County, daughter of the late Annie Clifton Perry and Mallie Perry.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Robbins; daughters, Margie Conner and Kathy Robbins Norwood; and a son, William “Bill” Robbins.

Surviving: a daughter, Freda Leggett of Youngsville; one sister, Mary Gray Goswick of Louisburg; brother, Vernon Perry of Raleigh;  three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
