YOUNGSVILLE —Judge Grady “Jiggs” Perry, 75, died Thursday, Dec. 10, 2009 at Rex Hospital. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 13, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.

He was born in Halifax County, the son of the late Snora Frazier Perry and Judge Buck Perry. He was retired from Burlington Mills and was currently working at Walmart.

Surviving: wife, Edith Wood Perry; daughters, Diane Hyde of Franklinton and Sandy Chappell of  Youngsville; sister, Ester Preddy of Raleigh; brother, Donnie Perry of Omaha, Neb.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service Sunday at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 S. Main St., Wake Forest, NC.
