WAKE FOREST - Ruby L. Davis, 62, died Jan. 15, 2010 at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh.

She was born in Wake County, daughter of the late Hurley and Annie Harris Davis.

Surviving: sons, Curtis Davis (Carla) of Raleigh, and Warren Davis of Wake Forest; daughter, Angela Davis of Raleigh; sisters, Mary Hodge (Walter) of Newport News, Va., Frances King of Zebulon, Sherot Carrington of Youngsville, and Joyce Davis of Wake Forest; brothers, Harold Davis and Charles Davis, both of Wake Forest; four grandchildren; many aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be conducted today (Wednesday, Jan. 20) at 2:30 p.m. at Friendship Chapel Baptist Church, Wake Forest. The family will receive friends from 2 - 2:30 p.m. at the church on Wednesday.
