LOUISBURG - George Washington Hildebrand Jr., 68, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010. Per George’s request, his body has been donated to UNC for scientific research. There will be a celebration of his life at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at 140 Crooked Creek Run, Louisburg.

Surviving: daughters, Ann Michelle Roberson (Donnie Ray Jr.), Catherine Dawn King (Jerry), and Wendy Theresa Hildebrand; son, Christopher Brian Hildebrand; brother, John Board Hildebrand (Kathy); seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; aunts, nieces and nephews.
