LOUISBURG - Funeral services for David Lee Mangum Sr., 73, who died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006, will be Sunday, Aug. 27, at 3 p.m. at Walnut Grove Baptist Church, Louisburg. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, Aug. 26, 12 noon to 6 p.m., at William Toney’s Funeral Home, Spring Hope.

Surviving: wife, Isabell Williams Mangum; daughters, Barbara Stancil (William) of Kenly, Joyce Mangum of Louisburg, Jacqueline Williams (Jesse) of Bunn, Debra Henderson of Middlesex, Yolanda Mangum of Florida and Lavetta Smith (Donald) of Jacksonville; sons, David L. Mangum Jr. (Chong) of Texas, Ozell Mangum (Cathy) and Stacey Mangum (Tracy), both of Louisburg; sister, Bertha Taylor of New Jersey; brother, Fred Mangum of Raleigh; 27 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
