FRANKLINTON—  Catherine Winston Fletcher, 76, died Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, Feb. 13) at Prince Chapel C.M.E. Church, New Hill. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

She was born in Harnett County to the late Len Sr. and Lizzie Winston. She was educated in the Wake County Public Schools.

She was preceded in death by two children, Ernest Jr. and Tony; one brother, Len Winston Jr.; and four sisters, Beauty Prince, Dorothy Prince, Pearline Nesmith and Joanne Arthur.

Surviving: husband, Ernest Fletcher Sr.; sons, Len, Robert, Jerry, Carl and Eric; daughters, Lisurene and Betty; sister, Lannie Nesmith; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Albright Funeral Home, Apex.
