LOUISBURG - Joseph Alvin Faulkner, 76, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010 at Care Bridge Rest Home. There will be a private funeral.

He was the son of the late Walter  and Clara D. D. Faulkner. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Lee Daniel Faulkner, and half sisters, Earle C. Wynne and Mary C. Finch.

Surviving: sister, Ethel F. Eure; several nieces and nephews.
