RALEIGH - Elsie Thompson Webb, 84, widow of Arthur Webb, formerly of Chapel Hill and Franklinton, died recently at Rex Hospital.

Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, April 18, at River of Life Church, 5508 Munford Road, Raleigh.

Surviving: daughter, Nancy Webb Straub; and five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a list of charities will be provided at the service.
