LOUISBURG – William “Bill” Odell Cash Jr., 63, died Monday morning, April 26, 2010. A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 2, at River of Life Church in Raleigh, with the Rev. David Newell officiating.

He was a son of the late William O. Cash and Ethlyn Medlin Sthreshley.

Surviving: his daughters, Michelle Dempsey of Fredericksburg, Va. and Kim Foster of Aiken, S.C.; brother Charles Cash (Judy) of Raleigh;  fiancé, Diane Manasseri of Raleigh; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  

Arrangements are by Strickland Funeral Home, Louisburg.
