RALEIGH - Nannie H. Letchworth, 81, died Sunday, May 23, 2010 at her home. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, May 26) at Longview Baptist Church in Raleigh. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be held at Montlawn Memorial Park.

She was a native of Franklin County, the daughter of the late Sam and Katie Denton. She worked for many years in the banking industry.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas R. Hinnant; second husband, David R. Letchworth; two brothers, Jack and Sam Denton Jr.; and a sister, Carrie Love Davis.

Surviving: two nephews; two nieces; five great-nephews; and four great-nieces.
