FRANKLINTON —Funeral services for Kenneth “K.D.” Dunston, 70, who died Saturday, June 26, 2010, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 1, at Faith Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Union Grove church cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Mary Dunston of the home; stepdaughters, Shirley Evans of Raleigh, Bobbie Long of Franklinton, Deborah Moore of Louisburg and Princess Bullock of Henderson; sons, Michael Cleveland Perry and Kenneth Donnell Perry, both of Franklinton; stepsons, Donald Lee Brodie Jr. of Wake Forest and David Lee Brodie of Centerville; sister, Lizzie Mae Dunston of Louisburg; brothers, Otis Dunston, Harold Dunston, James Dunston and Robert Dunston, all of Louisburg; 18 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today (Wednesday, June 30) at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
