HENDERSON —Funeral services for Sarah E. Johnson, 73, who died Sunday, Aug. 1, 2010, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 5, at Haywood Baptist Church, with the Rev. Douglas Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Josephine Johnson Perry of Henderson; sons, Willie Johnson and Stephon Johnson, both of Henderson; sisters, Edith Woodard of Louisburg, Ruth Neal and Lucy Kearney, both of Henderson, and Alice Moore of Youngsville; brothers, Willie Howard Neal of New York, N.Y., Joseph B. Neal, Claude Neal and Eddie Neal, all of Henderson; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today (Wednesday, Aug. 4) at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
