WILSON - Susan Gardner Vick, 81, died Monday, Aug. 2, 2010. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday, Aug. 4) at Wilson Memorial Service, 2811 Fieldstream Drive. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.

Preceding her in death was a son, Lennie Vick; parents, Walter and Martha Griffin Gardner; sisters, Florence “Pete” Barnes, Alice “Shine” Batts, Mary Ruth Owens and Gladys Pittman.

Surviving: husband, Jerome B. Vick; son, Edwin Jerome Vick (Dianne); sisters, Ola Mae Batts of Elm City and Marjorie Leonard of Louisburg; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
