LOUISBURG – Jared Kyle Wynne, 18, of Louisburg, died early Monday evening.

Jared was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Steve Shearin. He graduated this year from Louisburg High School. Jared was a proud and active member of the Gold Sand Fire Department.

A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Friday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, with the Rev. Don McGinnis officiating. The family received friends at the home at all times.

Jared is survived by his parents, Mike and Cindy Wynne of Louisburg; brothers, Kevin Tant of Louisburg, Michael Wynne of Raleigh; maternal grandmother, Goldie Davis; paternal grand-parents, Carl and Doris Wynne; nephews, Konner and Steven Tant, all of Louisburg; fiancé, Allison Fobes of Castalia; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Gold Sand Fire Department, 2295 Person Rd., Louisburg, NC 27549.
