ZEBULON - Margaret M. Pearce, 82, daughter of the late Troy McCune Pearce and Lizzie Alford Pearce, died Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010. Funeral service was Monday, Sept. 27, at Bunn Methodist Church. Burial followed in Bunn Cemetery.

She was retired from the NC Employment Security Commission.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Bessie Pearce, Eudoxsey May and Betty Sue Flatt McCauley; brothers, Marquette, Gordon, Thurman, Morris, Forest, Carrell and Wallace Pearce.

Surviving: nieces, Patricia Pearce Davis of Raleigh, Connie Pearce-Liles (Bruce) of Raleigh, Brenda Pearce of Middlesex, and Janice Gelwick (Jimmy) of Glen Burnie, Md.; four great-nieces; three great-nephews; numerous great-great-nieces and nephews; and a great-great-great-niece
