FRANKLINTON - Jane Edwards Miskie, 73, died Friday, Oct. 15, 2010. A memorial service was held Tuesday, Oct. 19, in the chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Franklinton Chapel, 504 E. Mason St., Franklinton.

She was the daughter of the late Thomas Mills Sumner and Mabel Cannon Sumner and was an artist.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Miskie, and her son, Kent Funston.

Surviving: daughter, Sharon Estes (Jay) of Zebulon; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
