LOUISBURG – Bobby Owen Young, 67, died Wednesday morning, Nov. 10, 2010. Funeral service was at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Burial followed in Lancaster Memorial Park.

He was a son of the late Albright and Josephine Horton Young. He was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Herbert and Joyce Young.

Surviving: wife, Ann Young; sons, Timothy Young and partner, Mark Maxwell of Winston- Salem, Bobby Young, Randy Young (Margo), all of Louisburg; sisters, Debbie Duke (Mike) of Spring Hope, Gail Hockaday (Clyde) of Creedmoor; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
