FRANKLINTON - Roderick A. Carter, 66, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2010. A celebration of Rick’s life will be planned in Rochester, N.Y. at a later date.

He was born in Lockport, N.Y. to Ralph and Loyola Carter.  He was a carpenter.

Surviving: wife, Beverly J. Carter (Wirt) of Franklinton; daughter, Gail Mann of Rochester, N.Y.; son, John Mann (Wendy) of Wake Forest; and three grandchildren.
