FRANKLINTON —Krystal Jeanette Strother, 28, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. today (Saturday, Dec. 11) at Grove Hill Methodist Church by the Rev. Tommy Robertson. Burial will be in the Strother cemetery.

She graduated from South Granville High School and attended NC State University. She was employed at Duke Hospital.

Surviving: parents, Robert Edmond Strother Jr. and Denell Turner Strother of Franklinton; grandmother, Jean Turner; boyfriend, Dustin Hawkins; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to the services at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grove Hill Methodist Church, 2766 Grove Hill Road, Franklinton, NC 27525.

The family is under the care of Gentry-Newell & Vaughan Funeral Home in Oxford.
