LOUISBURG - Hazel Medlin Gupton, 64, of Louisburg, died Tuesday, December 14, 2010, at Wake Medical Center.  She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Bobby and Cecil Medlin, and was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church.  Graveside services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Joel Story officiating.

She is survived by her husband, Robert “Bob” O. Gupton; her daughter, Karen Beckham Tant and husband, Bruce of Pilot; her sister, Rose Medlin of Louisburg; and her grandchildren, Rachel Tant, Lizzie Tant and Samuel Tant.

The family will receive friends at the home at all times.
