RALEIGH - Steven David Ashline, 53, died Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A service will be held at 5 p.m. today (Saturday Dec. 18) in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, with the Rev. Tara Culp Lain officiating.

He was born in Platts-burgh, N.Y., the son of Joanne Marie Fresn Ashline and the late David Ame Ashline. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and was part owner/operator of Black Cloud Contracting.

Surviving: daughters, Rose Margaret Ashline and Molly Elizabeth Ashline, both of Louisburg; sisters, Lou Anne Frenyea of West Chazy, N.Y. and Donna Ashline of Plattsburgh, N.Y.

He was preceded in death by his son, Chistopher Stevens Ashline; brother, Darryl Ashline; and a sister, Karen Ashline.

Friends may visit with the family following the service at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 S. Main St., Wake Forest.
