LOUISBURG - Wake services for Samuel Black, 72, who died Monday, Jan. 24, 2011, will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg, with Bishop Johnny Alston officiating.

Surviving: daughter, Mehnissa Hartsfield of Louisburg; sisters, Pauline Chester of Summit, N.J., Martha McNeil of Dunn and Vivian Black of New Jersey; brother, Henry Black of Philadelphia, Pa.; and three grandchildren.
