LOUISBURG – Betty Lou Brogden Cash, 79, of Louisburg, died Sunday afternoon.

Mrs. Cash was a daughter of the late Coleman and Eula Emory Brogden. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmo E. Cash.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Flat Rock Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Cash is survived by her daughter, Betty M. May; sons and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Tricia Richard, Clint E. Cash and fiancé, Joyce Gallagher, all of Louisburg; sister, Darlene Taylor; brother, C.B. Brogden, both of Creedmoor; grandchildren, Sherree Cash, Robbie May, Amanda Richard Parker, Lance May, Chris Richard, and Casey Aycock; great-grandchildren, Tabitha May, Austin May, Rebecca May, Hayleigh Grubbs, Thad Parker, and Sophie Richard.

The family will receive friends 7 – 9 p.m. Wednesday at Strickland Funeral Home, Louisburg.
