FRANKLINTON - Funeral services for Mrs. Leonora Richardson Perry, 88, who died Friday, Oct. 13, 2006, were conducted Tuesday, Oct. 17, at Mitchner’s Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Melvin Jackson officiating. Burial followed in the Manasseh Church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Gloria Dougan of Las Vegas, Nev., Julie Biggart of Montreal, Quebec, Joan Winchester of Miami, Fla., Lorna Richardson of Ewing, N.J., Sharon Greene of Richmond, Va., Patricia Parker of El Paso, Tex.; sons, Frederick Richardson of Triridad, West Indies and Keith Richardson of Brooklyn, N.Y.; stepdaughters, Bessie Tillman of New Rochelle, N.Y. and Mattie Chavis of Franklinton; mother, Matilda Perry, of Dallas, Texas.; stepsons, Xeres Perry of Charlotte, Joseph Perry of Lompoc, Calif., Norris Perry of Philadelphia, Pa., David Perry of Durham, Arthur Perry and Frank Perry, both of Franklinton; 20 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.
