MALCOLM “EDDIE” E. WRENN, JR. (Aug. 16, 1944 – Oct. 16, 2006)


LOUISBURG – Malcolm Edwin “Eddie” Wrenn, Jr., 62, of Louisburg died Monday night.
Eddie was preceded in death by his mother, Elaine Ayscue Wrenn.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with the Rev. Roger Owens officiating. Burial will follow at Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Eddie is survived by his wife of 41 years, Kay H. Wrenn; daughter, Kim Wrenn and fiancé Mike Fuller of Louisburg; sons and daughters-in-law, Malcolm E. “Eddie” and Tisa Wrenn, III of Youngsville, Michael and Heather Wrenn of Louisburg; father, Malcolm E. “Mack” Wrenn, Sr.; sisters, Deborah W. Joyner and Pamela W. Gilliam, all of Louisburg; brothers, Keith Wrenn of Louisburg, Warren Wrenn of Kill Devil Hills; grandchildren, Nadia, Kayla and Ethan Wrenn.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to National Childrens Cancer Society, 1015 Locust, Suite 600, St. Louis, MO 63101.

The family will receive friends 7 – 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Strickland Funeral Home, 103 W. Franklin St., Louisburg and other times at the home of Kim Wrenn, 101 Lakeside Ave., Louisburg.
